1. Payment Processing
All payments for TigerMail subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. This means that when you purchase a subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, who then licenses the service to you. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refund requests.
By subscribing to TigerMail, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions.
2. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
Important Exception:
Your right to cancel does not apply once you have accessed or used the TigerMail service. By logging into your account and using any features of the service, you acknowledge that you have begun using the digital content and waive your right to cancel and receive a refund.
This is standard for digital services and is in accordance with Paddle's consumer terms.
3. Subscription Terms
3.1 Billing Cycles
TigerMail subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the beginning of each billing period.
3.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will be charged the current subscription rate at the time of renewal.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day cancellation period (and before accessing the service), you can:

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.
5. Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to the Billing section in your TigerMail dashboard
- Click on "Manage Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to cancel

5.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features until the end of your paid period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
5.3 After Cancellation
After your subscription expires, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. Your data will be retained for a limited period, allowing you to resubscribe if you choose. After the retention period, your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Free Tier
TigerMail offers a free tier that allows you to test and evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. We recommend using the free tier to ensure TigerMail meets your needs before upgrading.

7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
